Happy Thanksgiving!


The house has made amazing progress in the last two weeks since I posted. The interior framing is in for all the rooms. We went over with a couple of friends and gave a tour the other day. Emma had a great time running around.


The exterior of the house is fully enclosed with windows and doors, and the gable-end detail is in. We really like the houses in the area with the stick-style details, so we had some built for ours, too.

A roof! Its been less than a month, and it went from a plot of ground to a basement, walls, and a roof.


I got this great picture of Emma in what will be the living room. She likes running around in the house but doesn't really know what it is yet.
